Today I took a course on Social Netorking at Renegade University . It was packed with great information. Here' I'll give you a few golden nuggets. I learned that at Social Network sites the worse thing you can do is try to promote yourself, actually that rule is for any where. Social Networking sites are here for us to mingle in the crowd and get personal with others. At a party you don't want to be talking about work that's boring and a turn off!

I like to visit others profile page to find something that strikes me so I can start a conversation with that person. You should read the responses I get when I send someone a personal message to compliment them on their video, audio, pictures or what they wrote. Some really act shocked because I'm not sending them my sales pitch, I don't even send them my link in my first message. They thank me for being different.

See What The Masses Are Doing And Do The Opposite!

When you write to someone pretend you have known them years and dialogue just starts to flow. But how is this going to help me promote my business? It will help you promote your business, but not right away. You have to build trust and creditability for yourself first, then they'll ask you "what do you do again?" Then you'll know the trust is there!

Greetings!

When I started working online I was promoting a physical product with very little success. Not the companies fault, but mines. I did what so many networkers do, grab a online opportunity and started promoting it with no idea what we're doing.

I put my business aside and started educating myself on our great industry. I started by reading "Magnetic Sponsoring" by Mike Dillard. He talks about how we are all Leaders but don't know it yet. We all started our network marketing journey the same way, but why did some make it big and so many didn't. The ones that made it big were the ones that educated themselves on their marketing skills they needed to succeed. Great stuff, you need to pick up a copy.

Magnetic Sponsoring also taught me, you need to help others so you can help yourself. I had a hard time trying to figure that one out. I asked myself "what's the biggest problem I have growing my business?" For me it was marketing skills. I figured I'm not alone with this problem. My education has taught me to follow what successful networkers are doing and duplicate their success.

I've been keeping in touch for awhile with a very successful networker. I looked into what he was doing right. And Bang! He's helping other networkers by helping them with their marketing skills. That's how you can help others too, help others grow their business by helping them learn marketing. We need this type of help in our industry.

Greetings!

My name is Frank Osorio,

I created this page because I want to meet, network, and give back to other newbie entrepreneurs who are in the same situation just like I was...flat broke and frustrated when I first started networking 9 years ago. Hopefully I can help inspire you to discover a better alternative just like I did when I started working from home, being my own boss, and making money online.

I was born in Caguas Puerto Rico (Great Food!). My family and I came to the States when I was 6 months old, to Chicago Illinois. I wish my parents picked a different state, It's tough being A Cubs fan for life!

I'm 52 years old and married to the most caring woman in the world. Her name is Milena,last August 2008 was the best 18 years of my life! We have two great young girls, 14 and 17 years old. They sure are a handful, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

One of the biggest challenges I had to make was when I got fed up with the big city life in Chicago and moved my family 120 miles away to a small country town of only 16,000 people, Dixon Illinois. It's been 6 years now and I never regret it.

I've fallen many times along the way to finding success, but always managed to pick myself back up and continued on my journey to Financial Freedom!

My advice to a new networker is "To make money online you need something that's in high demand and has to be very affordable so you'll be in profit fast." Working online is just like having any business, you need to educate yourself about our great industry. Don't be afraid to invest in your education. Buy courses on becoming a better networker, or take a course on learning a certain marketing technique.

I see so many new networkers join the first program that sounds great, then they place a few ads in free classifieds and think their in business. WRONG! Go to the top earner in your business and interview that person. Find out what's working best for them. To be successful you need to hang with successful people. The ones that are making it, the ones making $10k a month!

I don't know them personally, I know how they think, I know how they also struggled, I know how they made their millions, I read their books, I go to their training calls, if you're not you're not, you're missing out on your education.
